Webplate combines the spanning ability of grating and the solid surface of riffled plate in one product.
After hot-dip galvanizing, webplate may be deformed due to heat stress.Especially for big sizes, it is relatively difficult to calibrate. Therefore, please pay attention to type selection.
Webplate usually use series 3 grating as bottom plate, while series 1 or 2 gratings can also be used. The thickness of riffled plate is generally 3mm, but other thicknesses are also available including 4mm, 5mm and 6mm.
